My husband and I made an appointment with Eleanor Washburn to go over estate and trust planning. We knew what we wanted and needed but we weren’t sure how to implement it. She met with us twice, once to get to know us and the second time to finalize everything. Eleanor is very easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. She is very knowledgeable in estate/trust law. It seems second nature to her to make sure every detail is correct. Her assistant Dawn is also a pleasure to talk to. Both of them are patient, warm and welcoming. Every single one of our needs were met with little to no delay. Both Eleanor and Dawn have exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended this firm to our family and will be happy to do the same with friends or anyone else who needs these services.
